Repairs, Returns and Replacements Policy

Gift purchases: If you are intending to buy a Beloved piece as a gift, please request a gift receipt with your purchase. This enables the recipient to exchange the item for a different style or colour.

Repairs: In the rare and unfortunate event that a piece breaks in the first six months after purchase, you are entitled to a refund, an exchange, or to have it repaired free of charge. Please note that we will need the receipt in order to offer this.

After six months, we still offer a repair service, and this is done at cost. (We don’t make any profit on repairs). Please note that repairs take up to two weeks. If an item needs to be sent from overseas, please contact us before sending it, so that we can make a plan.

Replacements: The most common request we receive is for a single earring to be made to replace one which has been lost. We feel your pain! Losing an earring can be so frustrating. We do not make single earrings, but we do offer a substantial discount on an additional pair. Please contact us in advance of visiting the shop so that we can send you a discount code. Unfortunately we cannot offer this service to clients who are overseas.

Returns: In accordance with the options offered by South African Consumer Law, we choose not to offer returns. As a small business, this enables us to run with more stability. However, we are happy to exchange an item within three months, provided that we are satisfied that it has not been worn, and a receipt is provided.

Please note that staff at our retail spaces do not have any discretion over these policies.
